CITA's founder and formulation chemist, Esam
Morsy, has 25 years of experience in the skin care, chemical
specialtics and allied industries. Since starting CITA in
1991, Esam has worked with entrepreneurs to help them bring
their product dreams to life. His warmth and spirit of family
and friendship offers customers a welcoming, interactive forum
for their product ideas, thoughts and dreams.

Esam takes an individual approach to
each client's needs. The personal relationship becomes
an integral part of the product formulating process

Located on an inlaid table in our reception
area is a 75 year old brass scale liberated from an
antique store in Virginia. Since 1991 this scale has
represented our business philosophy of fairness with
respect to people, ideas and thoughts.
